Terms and Conditions

Parrot Dynamics Ltd Co, DBA Jet Studio

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Parrot Dynamics Ltd Co, a West Virginia limited liability company, doing business as Jet Studio (“Parrot Dynamics,” “Jet Studio,” “Provider”), to any client (“Client,” “Customer,” “You”). By purchasing, authorizing, or continuing services, Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

All projects, deliverables, timelines, and expectations are defined exclusively in written form prior to commencement. This includes, but is not limited to, email, written messages, proposals, or signed documents. No work begins without written confirmation of scope.

Any requests outside the agreed scope constitute additional work and may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

2. Service Offerings and Pricing

Jet Studio offers the following service structures:

One-Time Engagement: $7,995 USD

Ongoing Engagement: $18,000 USD per month

Pricing is exclusive of taxes and fees where applicable. All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom and professional nature of services provided, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are permitted for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of direction, or perceived incompleteness after approval.

4. Approval and Asset Sign-Off

Client is required to review and approve all deliverables before final handoff. Approval must be provided in writing or through a signed asset sign-off acknowledgment confirming that deliverables meet expectations and are accepted as complete.

Once approval is given, Client may not later claim dissatisfaction, incompleteness, or request refunds or revisions beyond the agreed scope.

5. Deliverables and Technical Format

All deliverables produced by Jet Studio are provided development-ready.

Websites are built exclusively using Framer or Pop Site

Design files are created in Figma

No other platforms, builders, or file formats are supported unless explicitly agreed in writing

6. File Retention and Storage

Jet Studio is not obligated to store, archive, or maintain project files after delivery. Client is responsible for downloading, backing up, and safeguarding all delivered assets upon receipt.

7. Delivery Timeline

Final assets will be delivered no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the project, unless delivered earlier at Jet Studio’s discretion.

8. Communication

All project communication is conducted through one or more of the following channels:

No other communication methods are guaranteed or required.

9. Independent Contractor and Competitive Work

Jet Studio operates as an independent, for-hire design and advisory service. Parrot Dynamics works with companies across all industries and genres and may simultaneously work with competitors, including direct competitors of the Client. No exclusivity is implied or granted.

10. Defamation and Conduct

Client agrees not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding Jet Studio, Parrot Dynamics Ltd Co, its owner, or its services. This includes public statements, reviews, social media posts, or private communications intended to harm reputation.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, Client receives rights to use the delivered assets for their intended purpose. Jet Studio retains the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio, promotional, or case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Jet Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Use of services, payment, or written authorization constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
